To make sure I really understood wiki's I decided to visit all three of the wiki's listed. The experience was interesting, it took me a while to figure out how to edit but I did finally get there with a little help from Eva.
The problems I can see with them is that anyone can edit a page. How do we know the info is totally correct?
As for the library using a wiki, I can see it being used like the Tapestry of Freedom is. Asking people for their experiences and suggestions.

Nancy -- I think you learned something very important about wiki's --"how can you be sure the information is accurate?"
Whenever a librarian does some type of school presentation - that is a point we try to stress!
